FAQ

1. Can I get other colors in fabrics?

Most of the time. We do have several sources for fabrics that we can use, and if you have a certain color in mind, we will do our best to find it. The colors listed are currently available from our suppliers. Binding tape can be obtained in many colors as well, the ones we list are simply the ones we currently have on hand. Unfortunately, we are also at the mercy of the fabric mills. They tend to discontinue colors at a whim. It is possible that a color is not, or has never been made in the desired fabric. We are capable of custom dyeing some fabrics, Cotton and Hemp in particular, and we would be willing to try and make the color you are seeking.

2. I would like a special design on a suit.

No Problems. Send us a sketch of the design you want and we can work it out. Of course, there may be an additional charge if it is really complex or difficult. Custom color patterns can be set up. I really love it when you call to discuss your ideas, just not at 3 am please. With our new 15 thread industrial embroidery machine, we can do custom embroidery now.

3. How do I send in an order?

Ok, you printed out the order form and colored it in, or something like that anyway. If you have access to a scanner, you can scan and attach the file to an e-mail. OR you can send it to us via the post office. OR you can give us a call and tell us what you would like to have. OR you can send it to us by fax. Our contact information is listed here

4. Why don't you have leg zippers in your bootie suit?

Because zippers break at the most inopportune time and they create a weak spot in the jumpsuit. We have never needed zippers in our bootie design and never will. If you absolutely have to have a zipper in the bootie, we will put them in for you. Please add $30 per zipper to your order.

5. Can I get "This" or "That" done to a jumpsuit?

Most likely, but aren't you getting a little personal now? We have done most everything in jumpsuits; high collars, afterburners/boosters, custom designs, special pockets, weight pockets, special padding in special places. We will gladly handle special requests, just give me a call and we can talk about it. If you think you have the next best idea for skydiving jumpsuits, we will help you make it. 6. Do you do sponsorships?

Yes, but we have to be selective, or else everyone and their dog....hang on, we did sponsor a dog already, would be wanting a sponsorship deal. Call or write us with your proposal.

7. How come we haven't heard of you before?

Because we have been content to take care of our local customers and have been busy raising our family too. We have been building suits for 19 years now. Making us one of the longest continuously operating jumpsuit manufacturers in the world. How long have the rest been around? Besides, who thinks of Canada when they think of skydiving jumpsuits, we want to change that thinking.

8. Is Hemp fabric really that good?

Oh WOW Man, is it ever man...........It is unbeatable for strength, versatility and comfort. We can custom dye it to what ever colour you want, make special designs and wild tie-dye. Check out some of the suits we have made in our gallery. One of our hemp suits is still going strong on a tandem master, after 3 years of tandem slide in landing, it still looks great. And they are fun to make too.

9. What if my GoCrazy jumpsuit doesn't fit?

I would love to say it never happens to us, but sometimes it happens. Did I mention we have a warranty for that? We will adjust, replace or rebuild it until it fits. Once you are happy with the fit, then we are happy too. Of course, you have to do your part and make the initial measurements correctly.

10. Do you repair jumpsuits?

We repair jumpsuits for a reasonable fee. For a GoCrazy jumpsuit, out of the warrantee period, we charge $18.00 an hour. For other manufactures suits, we charge $50.00 for the first hour, and $18.00 per hour after that. The time charged includes the time we need to take apart the suit, and rebuild it. We can provide an estimate of the charge if you would like. Please wash your suit before sending it and DO NOT use fabric softener, It is hard on our sewing machine. Really gums up the needles and makes a mess. Duct tape residue will result in an additional charge for removal and cleaning. Contact us for more information.
